Responsible for managing designers, artist and proto-type development craftsmen.

Manage the design and creation of new products and packaging for presentation to selected major accounts; manage the assembly of products; attend trade shows to present products. Manage 30 - 40 factory personnel. Managed 300 – 600 SKU’s annually.

Designer Graphics Chula Vista CA. 1980-1992

 Publisher of greeting cards, posters, stationary gifts and educational toys and craft items.

I was founder of this company based upon my skills as an artist and designer.
Started by selling one poster to the San Diego Zoo.
Art based Greeting Cards, Posters, Stationary Gift Company that developed into specialized creative items for children i.e. craft kits, painting/drawing kits, creative stencils books, bath toys etc. Managed 10 reports and trained over 100 assemble workers.
Released - 500 to 2500 SKU’s annually. Company was sold.

  • Created a single gift item for Avon inc. NYC that landed an 800k contract.
  • Successful products where purchased by major name department and gift stores.
